English Language Arts
Our English program is designed to help you improve the grammar and essay writing skills required for English 10-1, a course students will take in their first year of high school. As English in high school is heavily focused on essay writing as well as analyzing different texts and novels, our program will cover both skills catered towards writing essays as well as analysis and worksheets to help students understand specific texts. The material and lessons provided in this course are designed to provide more practice so that the students can get a better grasp of the grammar conventions as well as sentence structures they should expect to know in high school. Furthermore, the course itself is rather fluid in that we will be adjusting worksheets and lessons to accommodate every student's need, along with following a pre-planned course outline that covers the general necessities to succeed in high school.
Students will be expected to complete numerous writing pieces on time if they wish to receive extensive feedback from our teachers. Small classes with limited seats will be held in order to ensure the quality of the program.
